Refund policy
At Shuchi Man, we take great pride in our quality. To keep our prices fair and our operations sustainable, we follow the policy below:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
No Video, No Refund/Exchange: To prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
The video must be unedited, start from the sealed package (showing the shipping label clearly), and continue until the product is fully inspected for damages.
2. Return and Exchange Window
Items must be initiated for return/exchange within 5 days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Refund Method: Store Credit vs. Cash
- Undamaged Returns (Size/Style Issues): If you are returning an item that is not damaged but you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, you may apply for an Exchange only. We do not offer refunds on undamaged products. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is permitted. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: If the unboxing video proves the item was received damaged or is the wrong product, you are eligible for a Full Refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or altered outfits.
- Items bought during "Flash Sales" or "Clearance."
- Returns initiated without a valid unboxing video.
5. Shipping Costs on returns
Return Pickup: We offer a one-time reverse pickup service.
Fees: For non-damaged returns (Store Credit), a nominal shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your credit amount.
6. Process to Initiate
WhatsApp your Order ID and the Unboxing Video to 8130328215.
Once our team verifies the video, we will approve the pickup. Refunds/Store Credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
